Discovering Croatia aboard brand-new luxury yacht Acapella
Croatia is a favourite destination for sun lovers and culture seekers to engage with exceptional natural beauty and some of the world’s most outstanding world heritage sites, and it is possible to complete a whirlwind tour of all the greatest attractions in style with brand new luxury motor-sailer yacht ACAPELLA.
Preserve your privacy, avoid crowded beaches in summer and travel between the mainland and distant isles stress-free and on your own schedule on a private luxury yacht charter. This allows you to stay longer at your favourite spots and even spend nights at quiet anchorages under starry night skies.
The Croatian stretch of coastline has over 700 islands, nearly 400 islets and 78 reefs and is the Mediterranean’s second-largest archipelago after Greece. It’s the perfect destination to take off and find your own remote hideaway to enjoy the sunbathing facilities on board in complete privacy, or play on the water toys for hours on end with family and friends.
Begin your own adventure along the stunning Istrian Peninsula with a trip to Porec, Rovinj and Pula. Most of the attractions in Porec are clustered together in the old centre close to the marina, and an easy stroll will take you to the magnificent UNESCO-listed Episcopal Complex of the Euphrasian Basilica, the art gallery within the Zuccato palace, The Gothic House and much more.
Rovinj is home to the Church of St. Euphemia and Michelin-starred restaurant Monte, although if you are chartering luxury yacht ACAPELLA it will be difficult to beat the quality already found on board. The coastal walks around Rovinj make it an ideal destination for nature lovers, and the golden beaches are the perfect place to rest and soak up the sunshine in the afternoon hours.
The Roman Amphitheatre at Pula is an impressive sight, and myriad concerts and festivals take place in town during the summer months. It is also a fantastic launching pad to reach the Brijuni National Park, where dolphins play in the water and ancient Roman ruins lie beside sandy shores.
After an action-packed day, it is time to return to your private haven within 49m/ superyacht ACAPELLA, where the beautiful black and white interiors have an air of sophistication while providing all the comforts you would find at home. Take the weight off your feet within the air-conditioned main salon, chat about the day’s adventures with friends and family, then dine together in style.
The experienced crew aboard M/S ACAPELLA includes a highly talented chef who interned at a Michelin-star restaurant. He brings his own creativity to each delicious and artful dish, leaving you both awed and satiated regardless of whether it is a casual breakfast or a full-blown celebration.
For those who want to explore the Dalmatian Coast farther south, the crystal clear waters and myriad islands are perfect for days on end out in the open air. The collection of water toys brings high-speed fun and languid moments to suit everyone’s interests, with a Seabob to zip around the corals and snorkelling equipment to take in all the details. Inflatable rings, mats and towable toys add even more options, and for those who want to stay high and dry, the fishing gear is a chance to catch your next meal while enjoying the refreshments and company on board.
Superyacht ACAPELLA is designed for comfortable alfresco living with the option for up to 12 guests to dine outdoors on the main deck aft, while the flybridge has plenty of seating for more casual meals and drinks from the wet bar. Spend a lazy afternoon easing tired muscles in the warm waters of the Jacuzzi, or lie back on the stern or foredeck sunbeds and fall asleep to the sounds of the seascape. The Kornati National Park and the Lastovo Archipelago Nature Park are two choice destinations for visitors of all ages to explore on land or by water, and Dubrovnik offers museums, galleries, boutique shopping and fine dining in a city of picturesque streets that most recently featured in the Game of Thrones TV series.
After an unforgettable day of culture, adventure and water sports, the large and inviting cabins beckon. The accommodation provides for a maximum of 12 guests across 5 en-suite cabins, 3 of which are Master suites and 2 are triple cabins. Each is its own private office and lounge, creating a perfect private retreat for couples to begin and end the day. Contrasting tones are further enhanced by Alacantra and inox accents, and wood texture tiles produce a beautiful mosaic effect that adds to the serene ambience in the en-suite bathrooms.
After a year no one wants to remember, make 2021 absolutely unforgettable for all the right reasons with a Croatian luxury yacht charter aboard a beautiful brand new motor-sailer ACAPELLA.

The Bank of England now forecasts that the British have saved around £140 billion since the start of the first lockdown last year. There are going to be a lot of people with itchy fingers desperate to open their bulging wallets. I think there is going to be a lot of splurging on super luxurious yacht trips like this one over the next few years as people make up for lost time.
PS Unfortunately I have contributed very, very little to that £140 billion.
From what I’ve read there are going to be a lot of good-looking new yachts around. I expect some of the old ones will have had a spruce-up too, over all the lock-downs.
Nice specifications and great accommodations, they put great effort in building the yacht. It looks big and spacious, and except maybe for being a bit more rocky, it has the feel of a large cruise ship. Private cruises and yachts have been a consideration of mine since this year, with the hope that we can travel a bit more freely in 2021.
Thank you Aaron. Yes, it is a very nice yacht and has already attracted plenty of guests for this year’s summer season. Private, crewed yacht charters are the best option during these times, at it is much easier to isolate your group of family and friends and still enjoy a fabulous vacation! Not to mention the top service on board and the great amenities and toys that come with it.
