New openings in Panama City Beach, Florida

Best known for its 27 miles of sugar-white sand beaches and emerald-green waters, Panama City Beach has many new restaurants, attractions and developments this year. Having become a beloved destination for families, athletes, nature enthusiasts and foodies seeking a relaxed agetaway, the destination continues to expand at an incredible rate, quickly bouncing back from early 2020 travel restrictions set about by the pandemic.

Attractions

Watersound West Bay Center – Development starting Fall 2022

The 110-acre center located at the intersection of State Road 79 and West Bay Parkway will include approximately 350,000 square feet of leasable space to feature a mix of retail, restaurant, office and medical space.

Panama City Beach Skate Park – Opening early 2023

A 20,000 square foot skate park broke ground in June of 2022. The $2 million dollar park will include half pipes, quarter pipes and snake runs in addition to multi-functional facilities for skaters to do tricks on. Located by the Publix Sports Park, this world-renowned skate park will host several tournaments and special skateboarding events. The park is expected to be completed in April of 2023.

All Inclusive Adventures – Glow Kayak and Paddleboards – Open now

Grab your friends for this glowing kayak adventure and explore the water at NIGHT! See the water like never before in our clear kayaks. You’ll paddle around the bay in protected waters and search for crabs, fish, and other marine life! This unique adventure will surely leave you GLOWING!
