New luxury development on Miami Beach’s famed Millionaire’s Row: The Perigon Miami Beach

Overlooking Indian Creek and the Atlantic Ocean, The Perigon Residences Miami Beach offers a new perspective to luxury living with a building that promises to be one of the most unique and memorable shapes for a condo tower on Miami Beach.

This alluring tower, surrounded by pristine beaches, yields ample residential space across 82 luxurious residences through 17 levels, 183 parking spaces, and nearly 15,000 square feet of amenities.

Situated on a prime oceanfront strip of land on Miami Beach’s famed “Millionaire’s Row”, The Perigon Miami Beach has been developed by Mast Capital and is readily distinguishable because of its unique and contemporary architecture wrapped with large outdoor terraces.

The contemporary and harmonious architectural design is the work of OMA, with towers rotated to orient views away from neighbors and towards the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay. These ultra-luxury residential condominiums have 2 to 4 bedrooms, each spanning anything from 2,100 to 6,700 square feet.

The Perigon’s ground floor greets residents with a dramatic double-height lobby and an open lounge area, with landscaping by Gustafson Porter + Bowman, featuring underground parking and easy access to the beach. The residences offer stunning and relaxing floor-to-ceiling views through every unit – the perfect location from which to enjoy unparalleled sunsets. Premium-quality interiors and curated finishes are the work of Tara Bernerd, renowned for creating timeless designs for an international portfolio of hotels, home and yachts.

Miami Beach’s latest oceanfront development will be home to a new level of sophistication and a huge array of amenities, including easy beach access with an expanse of 200 linear feet of pristine private shoreline just steps away, equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. A signature restaurant by a celebrated chef will be available exclusively to residents and guests, against a backdrop of breathtaking ocean views. In addition, there will be a beachside swimming pool with sunbeds, cabanas, and a poolside food & beverage service.

A fitness center will accommodate the needs of residents looking to keep in shape whilst those in need of a little pampering will enjoy the wellness center with its private outdoor spa, sauna and treatment rooms, or the intimate garden and meditation lounge areas overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

And all of this in the playground that is Miami Beach, surrounded by sparkling beaches, shimmering pools, artful experiences, trendy boutiques and nightlife that never stops. The Perigon’s condominiums are expected to be ready for delivery by 2025. For more information, visit the The Perigon Residences Miami Beach website.

    1. Indeed it is… as well as being the biggest cruise port in the world and home to stunning beaches, did you know that Miami is also a great destination for diving? There are many wreck sites to explore and it has been dubbed the Wreckreational Diving Capital of the World.

  1. From reading posts lately, the Miami skyline is going to see dramatic changes. The city is on a real growth spurt and probably there will be a lot of trickle down wealth too for the city. If “trickle-down” wealth exists …

    1. Yes… the Financial Times earlier this year ran an article titled “How Miami became the most important city in America”. It’s seen quite a turnaround in the last 40 or so years.
