Nice headings but couldn’t a number of these restaurants be classed as gastronomic experiences?
I have never enjoyed the decadence of a champagne brunch. It would certainly be a spectacular place to start the habit.
Before this I would have struggled to pin down what made up Tyrol cuisine.
I’m a lot better educated now and I also think that it’s my type of food.
Probably not the done thing to ask what the Innsbruck trip did to your waistline!
Then again with snowshoeing, bobsleighing etc you probably burnt off thousands of calories.
It’s certainly a cuisine to fuel high energy activities in cold weather.
Loads of variety of experiences and flavours here. Innsbruck should be proud of the diversity of its culinary scene.
