New Alain Ducasse cookery school with a difference

Alain Ducasse has opened a new cookery school this month… where   you are the chef.   The Ecole de Cuisine in Paris is about learning, sharing and  getting to know the universe of tastes of Alain Ducasse.  Everything is  mixed in a unique atmosphere in a school created by Pierre-Yves Rochon. Cooking, pastry-making and wine-tasting courses take place in four kitchens – Cèpe, Truffe, Olive and Piment –  all equipped by Perene and with advanced Miele facilities. Ducasse has entrusted the keys of his school to Hotel Le Parc Paris executive chef, Romain Corbière.

    2. My dream in life has always been to be a chef and open a restaurant. I love alain. I think he is a great chef, and I vet this school will become world renown with time. How could it not. Maybe I will stop in next time I am in Paris.
