Top tips for travel photography

  1. I was keen to watch this video in the hope of learning something new, but I found it all fairly bland. I guess that’s because, as you say, they’re basic tips.

    I don’t necessarily agree with the first tip – get up early in the morning. In some places, Penang for example, you need to wait until latish in the afternoon for fewer clouds and better lighting.

  2. I didn’t learn anything new from these tips, they were all pretty basic. I try not to use flash either. He thought the statue not being silhouette looked great, but I thought it looked like a normal snapshot. The silhouette would have created some drama.
