This isn’t just a gimmick at the hotel – they’ve actually been serving this dish for years. And they’re not alone in the sale of expensive omelettes – Bosidale, a restaurant in London, has a £90 omelette that also includes lobster, as well as being made with gulls eggs, crab and truffles.
