  2. Quite like to see an update on this one. If things go to plan my girlfriend and I are planning to have a mini Gap Year in Central America next year. Budgets may be a bit tight but we could certainly splash out for Valentine’s Day. Any more recommendations? Or do you stand by these as your Top 4?
