  1. Madeira is one of my favourite islands, so lush and so restful. I’d love to go back and stay in some top notch accommodation.

  2. Early check-in and late check-out are considerable bonuses.

    Nowadays most hotels are saying 3pm check-in and a few then insist on a 10 am check-out. I know at the moment they’ve got all the extra COVID cleaning but it’s making one night stays hardly worth the trouble.
