I’m guessing that Whistler has to officially be the World 1 biggest, brashest best ski resort. And the prize really is going to show the lucky winner the most thrilling bits of Whistler Blackcomb.
At Whistler Blackcomb, there are 200 marked runs, 16 alpine bowls, three glaciers, 32 lifts, and 8,000 acres of varied terrain, so the lucky winner is going to have no shortage of thrills to choose from!
Trivia alert: Whistler is bigger in square kilometres than some countries. Obviously it’s bigger than the Papal State and 2 or 3 others as well.
Wow… I’d never looked at it like that, Lydia, but yes… it’s around 33 square kilometres, which even makes it bigger than the likes of Tuvalu, Nauru, Monaco and of course the Vatican. Not quite as big as San Marino, though…
Done Whistler a few times. We’ve never had to worry about having enough snow when we’ve been there. Plenty of top class dining options too. Don’t forget to enter this one for the ski trip of a lifetime.
In true ski resort fashion, Whistler’s got some cracking places for fondue. Worth entering the competition for those alone in my opinion!
Good luck both of you! 🤞
