Should you compromise on food just because your 30,000 feet up in the air? An increasing number of airlines in the US think you shouldn’t if you’re travelling first class. USA Today has an article today about how the airlines have enlisted the help of celebrity chefs to raise their profile. United Airlines are being assisted by Charlie Trotter, American have signed up with Stephen Pyles, and Delta are working with Michelle Bernstein.
sometimes i wish airlines would just make their food more straightforward rather than trying to be fancy considering how it is cooked and kept – always prefer to take my own food on the flight far more enjoyable!
